Story
We started selling pastas during the MCO. Times were tough and at times, we barely survives. There were a lot of businesses selling pastas at that time. So we've decided to buy each pastas from almost every shop here in our area and savour it ourselves. Having the opportunity to taste the true italian pastas (courtesy of bosses from previous life which is once in a lifetime), something seems to be missing from the commercial pasta. So we've decided to make our own using recipes from michelin stars chef, nonnas, grandpas with authenticity in mind. The real pasta, although it might look plain and simple, the technique and understanding of each raw or cooked ingredients definitely seems to differentiate between a grandma/michelin stars chef pasta and the commercial pasta. They were almost impossible to replicate yet in the end, we were satisfied with the results. Thus, we're totally proud to bring you a pasta that would definitely make an Italian smiles.

Only fresh vegetables, handplucked homegrown herbs, fresh catch from the sea, imported bronze cut pastas, handmade pastas using authentic italian pasta machines, Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino Romano, Grana Padano, etc were the victim to the pastas we make. There is no substitute to these ingredients, believe us.
